If you're reading this, you already know—IB recruiting is a grind. Long hours, relentless attention to detail, the pressure to always be "on." And yet, there are things you learned that could have made it easier.
Maybe you passed them down through a Google Sheet, an Excel guide, or a club. But there's a better way. A place where insights don't get lost and each class can build on what came before like the GMAT Club, but for investment banking. That's why this site exists.
Log your coffee chats, networking calls, and interviews—completely anonymously. Share if you got hit with a market trends question, drilled on technicals, or if the vibe was more casual or formal. Spot missing bankers who should be in the database. More insight, less guesswork, better prep.
I've been scrolling back through my calendar, starting from the beginning of recruiting, and logging everyone I met with along the way.
Invite other IB recruits to contribute. You get 50% of their responses added to your score. If either of you wins a prize, the other gets 50% of it—no deductions, just extra rewards. Just email me their contact info to track your referral.
